If you choose an independent provider, you will want to do a thorough background check before you let them into your residence. At Quality Healthcare Staffing, we carefully screen each of our employees, using a background and reference check. We make sure that they have proper training, and we will keep them up-to-date on their training. As we are hiring health care and home care providers, we look for caring, competent individuals.
